In 1999, she founded the advertising agency thinknewgroup, which has enjoyed great success to date and set new standards in the industry. They were one of the first agencies to consistently implement new role models and open up brands to the topic of diversity, among other things.
thinknewgroup has received several national and international awards for excellent branding and innovative thinking. The agency's award-winning corporate design was exhibited in 2005 in a show curated by the Art Directors Club at the Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich.

Our world thinks and acts in a largely male way. Competitive thinking, competition and an elbow mentality are therefore at the top of the agenda. This affects the economy as well as politics and our social interaction. This attitude inevitably leads to a collapse, which is already beginning if we take a look at the world's trouble spots.
What we need now is a mindshift to turn more towards female thinking and initiate a necessary rethink. Better late than never. This is not about a dominance system of women and men, but about the female and male parts that everyone carries within us.
